A Walkthrough Guide
Although the house is brand new, finished in 2006, it looks well established & settled in its surroundings. There is ample lighting on the street as well as in the garden to give a warm welcome even at night.
The house is rendered in a soft terracotta colour with white double glazed windows and a natural wooden front door. There are two gates to the property, one to right for access by car and into the garden and pool area, the other gate in the centre of the perimeter wall leading towards the front door.
The front door opens into a hall/lobby area with the stair case going up to the right and an internal door in front of you which leads into the large kitchen/dinning area. The kitchen is along the left side of the room with windows over looking the side garden. The kitchen is fully fitted to a very high standard with marble work surfaces, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, and kettle. There is a large dinning table with ample seating for twelve people with crockery cutlery & glasses to cater for the same. On the next level, two steps down, there are two leather reclining arm chairs, a circular table with a traditional Brasero underneath to warm your toes on a winter night. This area has French windows that lead out onto the garden & pool area. From the kitchen there is an archway to right with the downstairs cloakroom & another hallway from which the two downstairs bedrooms are accessed. The bedroom at the front of the house has two single beds, plenty of wardrobe space & an adjoining shower room. The bedroom at the back of the house has a super king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom & vast wardrobe space.
Two further bedrooms are located upstairs at the front of the house over looking the mountains. One has two single beds the other has a super king sized bed with an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs there is a large living area with exposed beams making it feel airy & cool, to the left there is a large corner sofa. To the right there is a wood burning fire both areas have large French doors leading out to the roof terrace with comfortable seating perfect for a warm evening to round off your day with a drink admiring the spectacular views over the sea & surrounding area.
