Beach Guide
Mallorca is full of beautiful beaches with fine white sand, many of which have developed as tourist resorts which welcome the thousands of people who spend their holidays on the island, nevertheless, of the 202 beaches, 65 are completely unspoilt; some of these can be reached easily and others are hidden away and can only be accessed on foot or by boat.
One of the advantages of being an island is that whilst the beaches on the northern coast of Mallorca will have bad weather when a northerly wind is blowing, the beaches on the southern coast of Mallorca will be fine, and this is an important consideration when deciding which beach to visit.
